Good morning, Red Devil Football Family!
Coach Palmer is working hard to keep our player nutrition program going in order to provide our players with an important snack following our weight training classes.
We are asking that players in both Coach Palmer and my weight training classes bring in 2 jars of peanut butter and one box of graham crackers to help feed the Red Devils.
Coach Palmer will be using these items to make a snack for each returning player to eat following each day’s workout.
This is a huge piece of training and recovery following our lifts. We can’t thank you, our family, enough for all you do for the players.
